Reviews

  • "Very helpful - Helped me track down the correct path for service request follow-ups and gave me a good overview potential help areas within City departments. 2pens also was quick to respond to a technical question."

  • "Great App - The app is a million times better with the new update. The new UI is much more user friendly, and I like how they email you a service number after you submit a request so that you can see its status."

  • "Great Use of App Store - This is the kind of forward thinking our political leaders need to have to really harness the power of the App Store, and most importantly the people. It speaks volumes when we can get together and help make our city a better place. Hopefully other cities adopt this kind of community app. Also I wanted to quickly comment on the design and how the app functions. It's very clean and simple. Can't really say anything I don't like about it. Good work from both parties involved!"

  • "5 Star App - For use in obtaining City Services is outstanding. No waiting on the phone, can describe whatever the issue and even send photo to better identify. Makes you feel part of the City that Works."
